Multi-skill Trades - Groundsworker

Have you got the right tools for the job?  

Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for a Multi Skill Trades Groundsworker to help us maintain and improve our customers' homes in Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and the surrounding areas.

As part of our talented team, you will have the skills to lay slabbing, brickwork, repair roofs and install and repair fencing. If you have some experience of drainage too then you really should get in touch! 

On top of this we need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

 We want somebody who has  

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance    
• Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs    
• Multi Trades skills    
• Maintenance refurbishment experience    
• Expertise in external groundswork and building skills 
• Roofing repairs experience and knowledge
• Team skills but can work independently at times   
• A full UK driving licence  
• As you will be working in customer's homes you will need a Basic DBS check. 

This role is for a team that covers Malvern, Bromyard, Ledbury and the surrounding areas so you will need to live here.
