Start your career in Business Administration with a team that will support your development every step of the way.

We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Compliance Case Coordinator team within Platform Property Care.

Are you organised, curious, and ready to begin a rewarding career in administration?

Do you want to earn a recognised qualification while working for one of the Midlands' leading social housing providers?

Join Platform Housing Group as an Apprentice Administrator and take the first step toward a successful, long‑term career.

Platform Housing Group is one of the largest social housing associations in the Midlands, providing over 50,000 homes to more than 120,000 customers. We are committed to delivering excellent services and investing in our people, places, and communities.

What you'll be doing:

As an Apprentice Administrator, you will support the Compliance Case Coordinator team with a range of administrative tasks while providing a high level of customer service. You'll also gain valuable experience learning how a busy, fast-paced coordination team operates.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Learn about Awaab's Law and how it's used in real situations.
  • Help manage damp, mould and condensation cases from start to finish.
  • Update trackers and reports to monitor progress and performance.
  • Work with different teams to help meet targets and improve services.
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues to provide support.
  • Build your skills while completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Your training:

You will study the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, at Hereford & Worcester Training Association or similar provider, attending college one day a week while gaining hands-on experience for the rest of the week.

Once you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for permanent roles within Platform Housing Group. We have a strong track record of offering long-term opportunities to our apprentices.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good organisation and ICT skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to grow your skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • The motivation to work independently, including from home
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

You must also live near to or in Worcester, as you will regularly attend our Worcester office.

Working arrangements:

  • Home-based, with travel to the Worcester office and occasional visits to Birmingham Business Park and other locations as required
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Free on‑site parking available

Why join us:

  • Earn while you learn
  • Fully supported training and development
  • Health and dental plan
  • NUS Apprentice Card perks
  • Opportunities across the organisation
  • Supportive team and a chance to make a real difference
