£36,374 - £40,415 depending on experience
Home based with occasional travel to Worcester/Solihull offices for meetings as required
Are you passionate about internal communications with the drive to take fresh ideas and make their implementation happen?
Platform Housing Group is on a journey to strengthen how we communicate, support organisational change and improve the experience of both colleagues and customers.
We're building a new approach to leadership communication, colleague engagement and organisational change, and we're looking for an Internal Communications Business Partner on a 12-Month contract basis to help make that happen.
You'll play a key role in helping leaders communicate with clarity and confidence, supporting our manager cascade approach, embedding our organisational narrative and helping colleagues understand
how they contribute to Platform's future.
We're looking for someone who can simplify complexity, build strong relationships and help others communicate with confidence.
As our Internal Communications Business Partner, you'll have experience of:
- Supporting leaders and managers through periods of change
- Developing clear, engaging and effective communication content
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively across teams and functions to achieve shared goals
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping people understand, engage with and contribute to organisational change. You'll be someone who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful communication and can help create clarity during periods of transformation.
This role is home-based, but you'll regularly spend time with colleagues across the business. Travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices will be required, along with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
At Platform, you'll discover more than just a job. You'll join a team that cares about making a difference, values fresh thinking and supports people to do their very best work.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help shape how a major housing organisation communicates, engages and delivers change, we'd love to hear from you. Click Apply Now to complete an online application and upload your Current CV.
If you would like any further information on the role or would like to arrange an informal chat, please feel free to contact the Resourcing team via email: recruitment@platformhg.com
Closing date for applications is 21st June with face-to-face interviews scheduled to take place on 29th June or 1st July at our Birmingham Business Park or Worcester offices.
We encourage early applications, as we may close the advert ahead of the advertised closing date if we receive a high volume of interest.
We do not require recruitment agency support at this time - all speculative CV's will be treated as a direct application.
